Exchequer of Receipt is the modern equivalent of the treasurer who maintains records of the collected monies of the branch and supervises the finances of the branch.

The Knight Marshal acts as an advisor in all matters pertaining to marshal activities of the group.  He or she makes sure the Rules of the Lists are followed, oversees all fighting in the Lists, sets, enforces Weapon and Armour Standards and supervises the authorization of fighters.

The Newcomer Liaison is the officer who helps newcomers get started on their journey into medieval re-enactment, as well as public demonstrations for what we offer.

The Minister or Mistress of the Arts & Sciences acts as advisor in all matters pertaining to the Arts & Sciences in a group and supports studies in those areas.

The Mistress of the web is responsible for maintaining the recognized web site for the group and assists any Officers who wish to add material relating to their office to the group's web site.
